Terms of Service

Loreloom is an early, invite-only product. Requesting an invite does not guarantee access. Features, availability, and the shape of the writing room may change, and the alpha may pause or close.

If you request an invite, you agree we may email you about access, product updates, and related notes. You can ask to be removed at any time.

You retain ownership of the writing you bring into or create in Loreloom. We need a limited licence to store, display, back up, and process that material so the product can function — including surfacing characters and story memory for you to review.

We do not claim ownership of your manuscript. We do not use it to train models. You may export your work.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to it.

If you receive an invite and create an account, you are responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity under it. Do not share access. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if we need to protect the service or other writers.

Use Loreloom only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• attempt to break, overload, or interfere with the service
• probe, scrape, or reverse engineer the product beyond ordinary use
• upload malware or content you do not have the right to use
• use Loreloom to generate or store material that is illegal

Loreloom is offered “as is” during this alpha, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Story memory and character suggestions are proposals for you to review, not guaranteed facts about your book.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalist Club and Loreloom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost writing, arising from your use of the site or the product. You should keep your own copies of work that matters.

The Loreloom name, mark, site design, and product interface are owned by Catalist Club. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of the page will change when we revise them.
